All repairs to your home are charged at £38.00 (plus VAT) plus parts if needed, which means we can do repairs at around half the price of the major manufacturers, without compromising quality standards.     Our target is to repair your appliance the same day, on the first visit, which benefits you the customer, and also helps keep our costs down by being more efficient. If, however, we need to order a part, no further charges will be incurred for a return visit.     Although our aim is to repair your appliance, there will be occasions when it is just not economical to do so due to the cost of the parts required combined with the age of the appliance. When this happens, instead of the normal repair charge, you will be charged a lesser fee of £27 (plus VAT). We don’t recommend new parts unless they are needed and can honestly say that the majority of our calls are completed without the need for parts.     We are more than happy to give free advice over the phone and advise you, the customer, of certain things to check prior to booking a visit.
